This cutie came to us from the folks at the Yolo County SPCA.  He was found as a stray in the town of Woodland.  This little boy has a slightly smushed face with a black pug like mask, but his body is long and lean....his cuteness is hard to resist!  The shelter thought he was chihuahua/pug, our vet thinks there might be some dachshund in there....he's a little mystery mix! Chevy is only 12lbs, so its no wonder he was overwhelmed in the shelter.  But now he is settled in foster care and he's coming right out of his shell. We already know that he walks well on leash, is curious about the world around him, and loves to be held and cuddled.  Chevy can be a little on the shy side when it comes to other dogs , but given a few minutes he is happy to meet and greet other dogs, particularly ones his own size.  He would most likely love a playmate.  Because of his shyness, we think that if there are kids in his new home, it would be best if they were old enough to understand his shyness and interact with him appropriately.
